Main washing materials: gasoline, methanol (alcohol), tetrachloroethylene, hydroxide (ammonia water), detergent, liquid soap, hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), sodium chloride (salt), alum, sodium sulfate (nitrate injection), vinegar essence, etc.

1. Small area oil stain treatment

Washing solvent: >90# gasoline or tetrachloroethylene.

Washing method: Spread the sheepskin gloves (other leather clothing) flat on the washing table, use a sponge or cotton ball to dip an appropriate amount of solvent to scrub the oily parts of the sheepskin gloves (other leather clothing). 2. Large area oil stain treatment

Washing solution: 95% alcohol, 25% ammonia water, ratio 1:1; 25% ammonia water, softener, water, ratio 1:1:1

3. Treatment of leather color and light aging

Washing solution: detergent, water, ratio 1:400, concentration 0.25%-0.3%, water temperature 35-40℃; brightener, lubricant, water, ratio 1:1:4

Washing method: Lay the sheepskin gloves (other leather clothing) flat on the washing table, use a brown brush dipped in liquid A to gently scrub, wipe with a towel while scrubbing, after removing the oil stains, use a sponge soaked in liquid B to scrub the leather surface to soften it, let it stand for 15 minutes, clean the surface with a towel, and dry it in a ventilated and cool place.

4. Denitrification hardening treatment of leather surface

Washing solution: liquid: saltpeter, salt, water, ratio 1:1:2 (dissolved and mixed); common dosage: 250g saltpeter, 250g salt, 55g soft water; liquid: fatliquor (water-based) slip agent, softener, water, ratio 1:2:2:10, water temperature 40-45 degrees Celsius.

Suede leather is generally made of deerskin, deerskin, cowhide, horsehide, pigskin, goat skin and other materials. Suede leather has poor water resistance, is easy to deform, wrinkle or shrink after washing, and is easy to produce color or color, so it is washed with solvent.

Washing solvent: >90# gasoline or tetrachloroethylene, common dosage: 250ml-500ml.

Washing method: Lay the sheepskin gloves (other leather clothing) flat on the washing table, use a short-bristled brush dipped in solvent to gently scrub in the direction of the fluff, especially dirty parts that are easy to shine need to be scrubbed repeatedly, and use a towel to absorb dirt and dirty liquid. Washing method: Spread the sheepskin gloves (other leather clothing) flat on the washing table, use a short-haired brush dipped in liquid A to gently scrub, scrubbing direction from left to right or from top to bottom (do not scrub back and forth), moderate and even force, while scrubbing, use a towel to absorb dirt and dirty liquid, after the oil is removed, use a cotton ball dipped in liquid B to evenly scrub the leather surface, let it stand for 15 minutes, clean the surface with a towel, and dry it in a ventilated and cool place.
